Welcome to Cranmore Pets Hotel
Cranmore Pets Hotel has been looking after animals for over 50 years and have built up an excellent reputation for our luxurious home from home animal care in the lovely Co. Antrim countryside.
Cranmore was originally situated on Stockmans Lane in Belfast before moving to the Dundrod countryside to make way for the M1. We have been running as a boarding kennels from 1952 and our staff were the first to have a City and Guilds qualification in Dog Management, Grooming and Small Animal Care in N. Ireland.
Cranmore was the first to introduce the Boxer breed to Ireland and went on to be top breeders of Poodles, Boxers and Fox Terriers. The now-owner Peter came to Cranmore when he was 14 years of age, seeking summer work as he lived locally. Peter went on to achieve all his qualifications and also spent many years grooming for competitive shows, as well as managing Cranmore as the shows took place. Having worked with animals all his life, Peter then went on to take over Cranmore with his wife and family and to this day still operates the same daily duties he did back then!
As a family-run business with Peter and Margaret as owners, our love for looking after animals is clearly shown throughout our work and dedication to Cranmore - something we are very proud of.
Our team here work particularly hard to ensure that your pet’s needs are met and that they have a playful and content stay whilst you are either on holiday or at work.
